As our Virtual Store Manager, you will lead the operations of our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience while optimizing sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our online retail platform
• Manage inventory and product listings
• Analyze sales data to drive growth and profitability
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure an exceptional luxury experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury retail or e-commerce management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and data analytics
• Passion for luxury fashion and customer service

2. Digital Marketing Specialist

You will elevate MILCHAM’s online presence through strategic marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads)
• Create content strategies aligned with the brand’s vision
• Analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with influencers and partners for brand collaborations

Qualifications:

• Expertise in digital marketing, particularly in luxury brands
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice of MILCHAM, offering personalized assistance and guidance to ensure every client feels like a VIP.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier customer service via live chat, email, and phone
• Assist customers with product inquiries, styling advice, and order issues
• Handle returns and exchanges with grace and efficiency
• Maintain customer loyalty by delivering an unforgettable luxury shopping experience

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, preferably within a luxury brand
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Passion for fashion and an eye for style

4. Content Creator & Social Media Manager

You will bring MILCHAM’s story to life through engaging content and innovative social media strategies that captivate our audience and resonate with our brand’s luxurious essence.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
• Engage with our online community and grow our social media presence
• Track social media performance and adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio of luxury fashion content creation
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines

5. E-commerce Analyst

As our E-commerce Analyst, you will provide insights and recommendations to optimize our online store and improve the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (conversion rates, customer behavior, etc.)
• Identify opportunities for website improvements and enhancements
• Collaborate with the web development team to implement changes
• Monitor industry trends and competitor performance

Qualifications:

• Experience in data analysis and e-commerce
